The advantage of Easy Learning’s group counselling is that you can discuss a specific topic together. In this opportunity, the participants are given the possibility to share their experiences, linked to the complexity of the subject matter.
Easy Learning is careful that the group size does not exceed 6 people. This facilitates the participation of all participants. The group meets 3 times, so that the topics and tools used in practice can be discussed in greater depth after each session. In each group counselling, ideas and techniques to be implemented are given. These are evaluated and reflected upon in session 2. To conclude in session 3, with an overall summary of the result presented by the child as a consequence of the techniques implemented.
Some examples of group counselling can be oriented towards communication problems, behavioural problems, selective feeding, sleep problems, etc.Having a wide range of issues, it is necessary to divide the groups, in order to organise them, to be able to focus on the challenges that arise in relation to the context, i.e. home, school, extra-curricular activities. Because each group requires different types of help, as children often have different conditions.
Methodological counselling focuses on helping groups of staff to improve and address more concretely the needs of the child. This is based on the creation of specific short and long term objectives, which are developed to overcome the challenges presented.
